Not too bad :)

-the location is good, also safe and not too much noise surrounding it. -the staff are also very nice, the receptionists were kind as well and helpful. -they don’t offer a complimentary drinking water in the room but they offer free water at the reception. You just need to bring your own water container. Which is good, so less plastic waste

Not the Zen Hotel Franchise - but Center Suites

The staff were very understanding though and even tried to make up for the room by offering to transfer us to another room or cleaning the room again.

The rooms was not at all the same as in the photos. It was very small and there was a stench emanating from the room like old furniture overdosed with antiseptic. It was suffocating as soon as the door was opened. The aircon wasn't working as well to diffuse the smell.

Superfriendly staff; Merwin, Hazel and Roselyn made my stay there an unforgettable experience! So friendly and helpful. If I come back to Cebu I’ll definitely stay here again because of their excellent service

City budget

When booking our only option was a twin room, as a couple I emailed to ask if we could have a double bed. After a few emails back and forth saying no eventually they offered us a double bed option. Very thankful for this as it made our stay more comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Aircon splat out condensation on to the bed whenever we turned it on, but this stopped after the first night. No natural light in our room. No complimentary water although there were glasses, maybe they forgot?
